This is the Phoenix Tiny House by Phoenix Park Model Homes. While the family-owned company — based in Douglass, Georgia — primarily builds park models, this smaller unit is within road limits and towable by a truck. It has a built-in covered porch and a first-floor, private bedroom!
The best part is that this model starts at only $35,000, which is very affordable in the current tiny house market! It has a kitchen and living room space, a small table to eat at, and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower stall. What do you think of this model?
