Escape has a brand-new eVista XL Limited fresh off the production line and ready to go. It takes one of Escape’s most popular single-level designs and loads it with roughly $20,690 in upgrades, from drywall with maple trim and quartz countertops to closed-cell spray foam insulation and a high-efficiency heat pump, so it’s set up for comfortable year-round living.

The eVista XL is the stretched, 26-foot version of the eVista: one level, no ladder, an all-electric kitchen, a full bathroom, and a private bedroom at the end. This Limited unit is available now with free delivery.

A Clean, Dark Exterior That Sets Up Easily

Outside, the eVista XL keeps things simple: dark vertical siding, black-framed windows, exterior sconces, and a full-light entry door. A storm/screen door is included, and the entry door has an integrated blind, so you can let the light in or close it off without hanging extra window treatments.

Add a deck and some plantings, as in Escape’s photo above, and the trailer disappears. It reads more like a small modern cottage than a tiny house on wheels.

Drywall and Maple Trim Instead of Paneling

The upgrades are easiest to see inside. Instead of the usual wood or composite paneling, the walls are finished in drywall with maple trim, which feels more like a conventional home. Recessed lighting, a ductless split-system heat pump, and big windows on both sides keep the long main room bright, and a sliding barn door closes off the bedroom at the far end.

A Full All-Electric Kitchen With Quartz Counters

The kitchen runs along one wall with maple shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and a window over the sink. It has a two-burner induction cooktop, a combination microwave/convection oven that doubles as your main oven, and a tall refrigerator/freezer, which is a big step up from the under-counter fridges in many tiny houses. Open shelves above and a built-in counter at the end add extra workspace.

Flexible Living Space With Flip Tables

Across from the kitchen, a wall of windows looks out over the yard. Instead of fixed furniture, the eVista XL uses multi-purpose flip tables that fold up for dining, working, or hosting friends and fold away when you want the floor open. A Smart TV comes included with mounts and wiring already done, and USB outlets are built in.

A Private Bedroom on the Main Floor

The bedroom fits a queen bed under a big picture window, with built-in shelving and a tall cabinet for storage. Because everything is on one level, there’s no loft ladder to climb at night, which is a big reason single-level models like the eVista are so popular with downsizers and anyone who’d rather not sleep under the roofline.

A Full Bathroom With a Real Shower

The bathroom has a flush toilet, a compact wall-mounted sink, upper cabinets, and a towel bar. The shower is a full-size stall rather than a cramped corner unit.

Built for Year-Round Comfort

The upgrades you can’t see in the photos may matter most. Closed-cell spray foam insulation seals the walls and keeps temperatures steadier than batt insulation can. Paired with a high-efficiency split-system heat pump for heating and cooling, plus an upgraded electrical system to run it all, that makes this eVista XL a good fit for full-time living in all four seasons, not just weekend use.

Pricing and Savings

The eVista XL Limited starts at $60,175. This unit has about $20,690 in upgrades, which brings its regular price to $80,865 plus delivery. Because it’s already built and ready now, Escape is offering it for $75,365 with free delivery, a guaranteed savings of $5,500 on top of the delivery cost.
