Liberty Tiny Village is a 55+ adult resort community of park-model and luxury tiny homes in Aubrey, Texas — north of Dallas/Fort Worth — with models open Wed–Sat 12–4PM at 10213 Liberty Rd.
From the air, the front of the property shows the gated street grid and the pond. Village Info prints lot sizes at 25×67, room for 2 cars, 100 AMP service, and 911 addresses. Full landscaping maintenance is on the same list — flower bed, grass, and water sprinkler installation, plus ongoing service.
Lot Rent and What It Includes
Village Info prints Monthly Lot Rent $950 a month. The FAQ scopes that number to the upcoming phases 2 & 3 under construction: $950 a month including water, sewer, trash, and basic internet (not streaming), plus a full landscaping service. Village Info’s include line says water, sewer, trash, and WIFI available. Both wordings are still on the site.
The homepage prints Phase I is FULL & Phase II & III Wait List is FULL. Village Info adds: Wait List for Phase 2 & 3 Is currently FULL!! Amenities marked with an asterisk are coming in Phase II & III, including a private gated community note on that list.
Homes on the Lots
The FAQ describes luxury tiny homes built to a max of 399 sq ft under RV classification — the same property as the on-site Liberty Tiny Homes retail dealership. A Business Insider piece dated February 2026 (secondary coverage, not operator inventory) put the homes between $75,000 and $160,000.
The pool overlooks the pond. A fishing dock and a dog park sit on the amenity photos. The community also runs a Try It Tiny vacation-rental program for short stays before a longer commitment.
