Highlights:

This couple lived in a 5,000-square-foot home, but wanted to jump on Randy’s “The Mountain” village when Bill had some medical complications.
Carmen works remotely full-time and has an office space in their bedroom.
The “basement” is beneath the main bedroom, and it’s a walk-in closet and exercise room for Carmen, complete with a stationary bike.
The home has two full bathrooms, which allows them to host guests easily.
They’ve done an incredible job with the landscaping, and their lot is very private.
