Melody lost her husband of 40 years suddenly and had to figure out her own path after so many years together. Downsizing made sense, and a tiny house from Incredible Tiny Homes—located in their community—seemed like the perfect fit for this new chapter.
She purchased the house for $63,000, and spends about $355/month for rent and utilities. She did an exemplary job decorating the interior and transforming it into a quaint cottage. You’ll love the tour below!

I wish photographers would not distort the pictures with their bowing lenses. I can never get an actual idea how cute the house is because the photographer is trying so hard to make it seem bigger or to see how much can be included in the picture. I was disappointed not to get able to really see this adorable cottage. Yes, I got up the wrong side of the bed this morning ?
what is this model called?
The space where the TV is what is the size? Is it 3 feet wide? Also in the bathroom I would not have the washer or the drawers. I would have a sink.mirror and light.
Those 3 drawer dresser units, that the TV is sitting on, are only 20 inches wide each… The wall, on that side of the window, is even less… While that whole side is a little over 7 feet with the overhanging roof being 10 feet long.
Though, you could use the closed off side of the loft to wall mount a larger TV, if that’s why you’re asking…
