We’ve shown you Incredible Tiny Home’s ultra-affordable Incred-i-Box before, a simple, panel-built home that comes unpainted, but also at the price tag of only $25,000. Well, here’s their latest affordable build, called the Incred-i-Cottage. It’s also panel-built, but comes turn-key for $44,900.

I was wondering if the mini split could be moved to the bedroom above the small back bedroom window wall? Can this home be customized?
The Cottage can be built of all wood by the Amish in Kentucky, for an additional $5K. Only the wood Cottage can be customized.
Two major changes have been announced for the Incred-I-cottage. The width will be expanded to 10.5 feet, and all interior walls will be constructed of wood.
How much is an incredible cottage add on
The Add-i-Cottage, fully wired and plumbed, was priced at $29.9K. However, as the width has been expanded by 6-inches, the updated price should announced this week.
