With the rising costs of everything these days, it’s pretty rare to find something cheaper than normal, but this $22k tiny house by Simply Futher is a real affordable housing solution!
Of course, it’s truly “tiny,” with a living space of just 84 square feet, with an additional 24 square feet of covered deck space on the front. But even as micro-small as it is, there is a kitchen, toilet, shower, bed and office space ingeniously “tetris-ed” (is that a word?) into the home.

That’s truly a tiny house! Don’t think I could go that small.
Great for homeless or one needing place to sleep/camp. Opening over bath door appears space for storage. Maybe storage in deck seat. Otherwise other modifications or arrangements need be considered for food and belongings to be stored.

$22k?! Even with inflation and greedy resellers you can buy a used camper & remodel it for less than that, and have 3x the space. That being said, it’s nicely finished and could be a weekend getaway much the same as a cuddy cabin boat would be okay for 2 days.
But used isn’t new and a RV camper wouldn’t be built anywhere near as nice or as durable as this is… So that’s not a remotely equivalent comparison…
This has a real metal roof that’ll last for decades and it’s insulated, it has real walls, so you don’t have to spend a small fortune on heating and cooling it or be stuck staying in warm climates all the time.
The company that made it also accepts orders so you can pick options from their 4 model series lines and tailor it a bit to your specific needs, which isn’t something most RV manufacturers offer, let alone in this price range as those that do custom RV’s are extremely expensive and make most tiny house builders look cheap in comparison…
Besides, in the present economy, everything is going up in cost. Including RV’s, some people have even been able to sell their old RV for more than they bought it for… It’s a crazy time and the economy is only going to get worse in the coming months…
I just want to say that this is cute but the one thing I would have done differently is place the toilet in front of the window instead of in front of the shower. You have no room for your feet.
