these plans seem great, enough space to not be on top of one another but still compact – looks like it could be easily customized as well – nice!

Overall, this is a good floor plan. I like having the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house and am thinking that there must be a way of making them both true master suites. It would take some tweaking but having access to a bathroom from each bedroom would be nice either for having guests over or having a roommate. Something must be done about the placement of that ladder configuration, though. Surely it could be somewhere else besides in the middle of the room. I’d be tempted to eliminate the loft section above the living space and have a ladder up to each of the leftover lofts. I’m not a fan of lofts…not as young as I used to be…so might even consider eliminating the lofts entirely. How spacious would that feel??? Nice! Maybe keep a loft storage space above each bathroom since storage is always in short supply. Even as is, very livable and I could see myself living there.
