While we specialize in tiny houses around here, sometimes people need a minimal life with just a little extra elbow room! This 741 sq. ft. design is perfect for a family of four, with a queen-sized bedroom and bunk room upstairs.
On the first floor, you’ll find a kitchen with full-sized appliances, an entryway and laundry room, and a cozy recessed living room with an electric fireplace focal point. The coolest feature of this home is the upstairs terrace, which you can access through the primary bedroom or via an exterior staircase. Would you want to build this home?

Though beautifully executed, this is more of a hotel than a home. It is gorgeous. Comeing in, sleeping, eating, bathing would all be good. But there are no closets to store your belongings/clothes. I could stay in this (given a place to put my suitcase), but I don’t see the practicality of living full time in this. I would LOVE to visit it, though!

No, there’s storage spaces there, gotta look closely at the floor plan as not everything is shown in the photos. Like the additional closet space by the entrance, for example.
Besides, the photos are actually just a CG rendering and as it’s just plans they’re selling it’s up to the owner to build whatever storage they want or just put in furniture for that purpose. Mind, there’s more than enough space to put more than shown.
So nothing about this limits it to just use as a hotel or AirBNB, which would be more accurate to what you’re suggesting. While there’s other options like vacation home, guest house, ADU, etc. even if you only use it for short term stays but it’s only limited to that if you choose…
