The home itself leans modern. Sliding glass doors open onto a deck, and inside there’s black flooring, aluminum cabinetry with black accents, and recessed lighting in the loft bedroom. The kitchen runs black and chrome with a window over the sink, there’s a small built-in entertainment center in the living area, and the bathroom holds a flush toilet, vanity, and shower. Solar panels sit on the roof, and the site has full hook-ups.
The economics were the real story: $50,000 for the home, with the option to keep it in place for $500/month — and that lot fee covered water, sewer, garbage, lawn care, and electricity, which is unusual.

If it’s in the same location, 1… Look up Tiny House Giant Journey episode, “She created an affordable tiny house community (Florida)” that Jenna posted a year ago. Has an aerial image that gives a good overhead view of all the lots…
There’s also a Tiny House Talk article from June 13, 2019, “A real tiny house community in Florida…” that has video links from Andrew Bennett when he visited that place back then… Between them it should give a pretty good idea of lot sizes and how the area looks…

If the home was designed to be moved fairly often, then I would understand the use of 24 square feet of the trailer for a porch. Otherwise, use that sofa-sized space for the living room and build a separate porch/deck.
As is, there isn’t much room to ‘live’ in that home.
