This Tiny Home is a custom park model made by Tiny Idahomes in 2015. The home sits on a lot surrounded by 10 acres of privately owned property. The lot is available for rent in addition to the purchase of the home if the buyer choses! Most Tiny Homes for sale do not already have a space ready to go!! Not only is the space gorgeous, it is NOT an RV park and it is NOT someone’s backyard. This part of town is within Austin city limits, right on the edge of Hill Country. 15 minutes to downtown Austin. The loft is very roomy with more headspace than I typically see in THOWs. There is a combo washer/dryer unit and full shower/bathroom. Custom closet to maximize space. The kitchen has plenty of counter space, commercial 3 compartment sink, and full sized refrigerator. This is definitely a home for people who enjoy cooking. The living space can fit a 65″ couch. All furniture is included in the sale if the buyer choses.
