What a Turnkey Build Includes
- Furnished plus documented is a different product. Cleaning guides, maintenance notes, and a door code mean you can start renting it the week you take delivery.
- RV experience plus build experience is the ideal pairing. One knows systems, water, and weight; the other knows structure and finish. Most DIY builds are missing half of that.
- Wallpaper is the cheapest focal point in a tiny house. One wall of pattern does what an expensive built-in would, and it is reversible.
- Charging ports in the loft matter more than they sound. If the bed is the only place to sit up, that is where you will use your devices.
- Ask what happens to the land. A home offered with possible land rent or purchase is a different deal from the house alone — get the terms in writing.
