While plenty of people choose to go tiny to save money, Nikki & Emmaus just wanted the adventure! The entrepreneurial couple manages to make 6 figures a year from a variety of businesses, books, and passive income sources.
As such, they had their gorgeous van built for them by Off Grid Adventure Vans and the builder did a stunning job. Just wait until you see the green tile in the shower/bathroom area. It’s awesome!
This couple has such positive energy that radiates throughout their entire interview with Tiny Home Tours. Want to know how much it cost them to get their custom van build? They have an awesome breakdown video I included below.

Just goes to show you you don’t need 3500 sq feet to be happy. While going to a tech school I lived in a 700 ish sq foot apartment and loved it, after moving back “home” to my 1200 sq foot house I realized I didn’t want or NEED all this space. I’m presently looking for a vintage 24 foot a pull behind RV/camper to gut and rebuild with own floor plan. I’ve began collecting things like a stand up pre built shower ($20) and kitchen cabinets ($50) and small stand alone bathroom sink ($5) bought from garage sales and are sitting in my garage. I’m looking to put in an all in budget of 8k. RV/Camper sale price included. and I’m going to sell the house and move to the Gulf coast or Southwest, I haven’t decided which yet.
