It’s beautiful but I myself could not imagine living anywhere if I don’t have my own bathroom. To me it’s as important as my microwave ?
At 72 I have been looking at the small buses used for transport at the local health dept.( sethra call and ride) slightly larger than a van and actually easier to change into a home and room for a compost toilet as I too have to have that in my home.

Like your Van Home. I recently right-sized outside of the city, to the country in an area near a park and greenbelt. I had though to go on develop some of the property with tiny cabins, but how can I make it work for Van Homes like yours? Aside from electric, what could I add? Maybe outdoor kitchen, patio, grill, picnic area, sports area, putting green, laundry/bath house. Would others come and stay for seasonal trips? Scenic lake views, what makes a stop appealing?

I am 74 and if I were still capable, I would love to join you (in my own van, of course), but alas, I will have to live vicariously through you! Love your layout. Only thing I would do differently is add shower capability (with a portable shower pan as I have seen in other vans — take no real floor space, except while in use). Love your design, and wish you the best!
