This is the last tiny home of the year for Tiny Homes of San Diego, and it is a 28-foot model with a first-floor private bedroom, as well as a queen-sized loft. There are sliding barn doors to close off the bedroom, and recessed lighting keeps things bright!

The main area of the home is quite simple, so you can add your favorite appliances and furniture to make it truly your own. There’s a compact bathroom near the kitchen, with a tiled shower stall, residential toilet, and tiny vanity. You can get it today for $40K, which is quite affordable for this size of home!
