Bre & Destiny wanted to own something before turning 30, but a $500,000 home in the Portland area just wasn’t in the cards for them. That’s when they started looking into tiny homes and realized the $90K price tag was far more manageable.
At the moment, they spend about $2,000 a month on their loan and lot and will have it paid off the tiny home by December 2023. Since that’s about what they would have paid in rent, they think it’s worth it to own something at the end of the loan period. Enjoy the tour of their awesome house!

These two women are great! I loved hearing their reasoning, and plans—why they bought this tiny house. It’s a fine house. All those drawers in the kitchen make for efficient storage. Nice big closet for clothes. Interesting set up with the office above a low-ceilinged living room. I’m glad I watched the video.
I second Alison’s thoughts. What a cute couple, and how carefully they have planned for their living space. conggratulations on a really pleasant and pleasing home! I too am glad that I watched the video for some great insights into how to live in a tiny home.
Love their home, dump the all in one w/d and make the area for a stacked! Very logical ladies in planning what is needed. I wish them the best with their future together!
