The Restoration tiny house by Modern Tiny Living is another stunning iteration of their popular 24-foot Kokosing model. This custom build features their Deluxe MTL Social Area. This elevated living room space features oodles of storage, lots of seating and it becomes a bed for guests with slide-outs and movable cushions.
Besides the social area, there’s a lovely loft bedroom up a flight of stairs with a very sturdy wood railing to keep you safe. A galley kitchen with gorgeous Shaker-style cabinets includes a normal-sized oven and refrigerator, as well as a washer-dryer unit near the breakfast bar. Finally, there’s a compact bathroom in the back with a Nature’s Head and fiberglass shower stall.

A sturdy railing takes you up to the loft bedroom.
The front door has interior blinds – such a nice feature!
There’s storage under the social area and beneath each bench.
Mirroring bookshelves provide even more storage.
The mini-split keeps the space comfortable.

There’s a breakfast bar to eat at.
They snuck the washer/dryer underneath this counter top.
A decent-sized refrigerator stands at the end of the kitchen.
Shaker-style cabinets are always classy.
There’s a separate electric cootop and oven.
The deep undermount sink is beautiful.
It’s always lovely to have a window above the sink.
And it’s great to have a downstairs bedroom option for guests, or if your mobility changes due to an accident.
The Nature’s Head composting toilet sits under some open shelving in the bathroom.
There’s a fiberglass shower stall with a fan.
The loft fits queen-sized bed.
