Modern Tiny Living dubbed this home the “Trinity” and it is an absolutely stunning tiny house! The color scheme in this home is dreamy, with dark wood against white walls and gorgeous deep green cabinets for a pop of color.
The house has a “typical” tiny home layout, with a loft over a galley kitchen and bathroom. You’ll notice a full railing encasing the steps up to the loft bedroom.
Like many MTL designs, this one has their signature lounge area with under-couch storage that turns into a guest bed when needed. You can contact the builder for a quote here.

Gorgeous, both coloring and design! Congratulations on a well-thought-out design! It turned out beautifully! And it looks to be very practical for living in this lovely space.
Is that a sink… across the aisle from the other sink?
Just checking.
If you mean in the bathroom, yes, there’s a half sink in there…
I really love the color combos here, esp. the green!! Excellent storage, nice, roomy bedroom, and esp. like the kitchen countertops!!! Like it all!!!
I love the design and the dark wood goes well with the white walls and the color green they chose really makes the whole design pop. Absolutely love it.
Very well done. Love everything about it. Incredibly well designed. Curious what the price is for such a dynamo residence. A home to be proud of, and a build to be proud of. Everyone take a bow!
Keep an eye on the builder’s website, they’ll eventually post pricing for this model but you can look at the pricing of their other models to get an idea for what they normally charge…
It’s nice, but imho too many windows in the end where the wrap around couch is, either do away with the one at the end, or make the windows slightly smaller, for more usuable wall space. I would like the green better if it were a few shades lighter.
The wrap around seating area is a signature design feature of this builder. Typically, it’s on a raised floor platform for added storage but the seating itself is all storage and it also converts into a bed.
However, they do also do custom designs. So the window arrangement can be changed and of course any pallet of colors you want… Though, keep in mind, how colors appear in person won’t always match how they look in photos or video. But approving of the color choices will usually be part of the process and you would see an actual sample before the choice is finalized, and of course you can always change it later and repaint it a different color if you change your mind…
Real cute! But I wouldn’t want green cabinets or a composting toilet. What is the price of this home?
I really like this one! It looks very functional while still being open and airy.
