Black Metal, Cedar, Trailer
The front wall is vertical black metal on both ends, with a cedar panel around the full-glass entry and four puck lights in the wood soffit. Anderson 100 series windows in black. The door is a Provia 36-inch full-glass, also black. Temporary metal stairs sit at the threshold on the gravel.
The spec table on the inventory page lists the house at 13’11” wide by 37′ long. The longer block on that same page, as of August 27, 2026, prints 12′ wide by 37′ long overall — outside overhangs — and an 11′ by 36′ building that they call 396 square feet.
The siding is 28 gauge, ¼-inch corrugated metal in black. The roof is premier rib metal, also black. Cedar wraps the entry and the soffits. The house sits on what the builder prints as a “Built on a Trailer/Chassis – heavy-duty steel with detachable hitch.” The rear wall is a clean black-metal end. Wooden cribbing is under the frame on the lot.
That same page, as of August 27, 2026, prints “RVIA Seal Built to ANSI A119.5 Standards.” Insulation is R19 closed-cell spray foam in the floor, walls, and ceiling.
Kitchen and the White Sofa
Inside, the interior is painted white. A black ceiling fan hangs over the living end. A Bosch indoor head sits high on the wall above the sofa window — one of two 9k indoor units paired with an 18k outdoor.
The living end is a white sofa under a black-framed window, a small round side table, a patterned rug. With one bedroom and no loft, this room is the home’s entire living space.
The kitchen is navy cabinets with flat-panel doors, white quartz, champagne hardware and faucet. A 30-inch stainless electric oven, a mid-size stainless fridge, a microwave over the range, a dishwasher in the peninsula. Two navy open shelves on black brackets. A three-light fixture over the quartz bar, one wood stool pulled up in the photos.
From the glass door you see the run: a navy built-in bench by the entry, kitchen in the middle, a short hall to a white bedroom door. Recessed lights down the white ceiling. The builder copy calls it 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom with Kitchen/Living Area.
Bathroom
The bath is a 4′ × 3′ white fiberglass shower. Next to it, a stacked washer and dryer.
Hot water is a 19-gallon electric tank. The electrical side is a 100 AMP breaker box. Bosch ductless mini-split: one 18k outdoor unit, two 9k indoor units.
The Bedroom on the Main Floor
The bedroom is on the main floor, not a loft. Painted-white walls, a black ceiling fan, the second Bosch head high on the wall. A bed dressed in cream, two small dark side tables. The page says it sleeps up to two — one bedroom, no second loft for a guest.
The window wall is the same Anderson 100 series as outside: two panes and a transom, black frames, a lot of light. A leaning oval mirror, a basket in the corner. A white two-panel door back to the hall.
