This was a run of upgraded all-electric eVistas that ESCAPE built for a limited period — the first sold immediately, and a second was slated to follow about thirty days later. The eVista’s appeal is its simplicity: a single-level studio with a queen bed set in front of a large picture window, and no loft anywhere in the design.
Open shelving runs around the walls, using the band above head height that most homes waste. The kitchen carries stone countertops, cabinetry, an induction cooktop, a microwave, and a tall fridge/freezer, and the bathroom is unusually roomy for the footprint, with a washer/dryer and a built-in mirror.
Editor’s note: this upgraded eVista was listed at $70.7K with a $4.5K discount in mid-2023 and has sold. The eVista remains in ESCAPE’s lineup — current listings are linked below.

Why the eVista Keeps Selling
- Single-level design has no expiry date. No loft means no ladder, so the home stays workable through injury, illness, and age.
- The bed goes where the view is. In a studio the bed lives in the main room anyway; putting it under a picture window makes that a feature.
- Perimeter shelving is the studio storage answer. The strip of wall above head height is dead space everywhere else.
- Limited production runs sell out on announcement. The first of these went immediately — if a builder announces a short run, the resale market is often your realistic route in.
