This is a quality custom tiny house on wheels built by two craftsmen (one with 3 years of tiny living experience) that’s now for sale. While one of the craftsmen, Corey (@coreydoesit on Instagram), intended to live in this home with his wife, the couple are now expecting a baby and decided to sell the THOW and have a little more space for their new addition.
The home is solar-ready, N.O.A.H.-certified, and never-been-lived-in. Be sure to check out the full video tour below! Get all the details/specs/price for the house here.

Here’s the exterior of the beautiful THOW finished with cedar siding.
Inside you’ll find the lovely galley kitchen, and you’ll notice the staircase is underlit with LED lights.
You get a propane stove and a microwave (which fits in the opening you see) with the THOW purchase.
Each step, including the bottom one, includes storage features to maximize space.
Corey even hid an office over here, with space for a laptop, printer and file cabinet tucked under the counter.
The Master loft has beautiful windows and reading lights, along with switches to turn off the main lights in the house.
There are storage and hook-ups for television in the loft, and you can also see the guest/storage loft across the way.
The bathroom comes with a flush toilet and a standing shower with a sweet tiny tub!
There’s even some exterior storage on this THOW.
Get all the specs and additional details here. He’s asking $95,000 or best offer.

Interesting. Your tiny house strikes me as being well planned and well implemented. That exterior storage is an excellent idea. These comments respectfully submitted.
Love the kitchen, Very nice cabinetry. but noticed their was no outlets in the lofts, that I could see, in todays electronic world more outlets. Other than that love the finishes!
Ah good point! I would need an outlet for sure.
