  1. Downstairs bedroom, they’ve thought of the many who can’t climb any more. Great design and space for small personal tweeks of the interior design if desired.

    1. They actually designated it a flex room, meaning it can have many uses as a room you can use for whatever you need…

Though, for $139,900 a flexible layout and high quality build should be the least we should expect…

  2. There is one just like this in a park in Casa Grande, AZ! I see it when I am visiting my friends there. It is even more impressive in person.

  3. I’ve seen three of Land arks units and just like Henry Ford it appears you can have any color you want as long as it’s black with the same bland wood interior. Compared to many of the self builds we see on this page they have little to offer ,as far as personality, especially at these prices. We built about ten years ago and it cost us around $5000 plus $1200 for a 24ft. three axel car float. Much of the build was repurposed. I did cedar and PMF siding. I bought some land so now she sits on cement footings with 60 acker yard. My daughter now has it and I’m building a shed for my home. I have been collecting windows and doors and got a pile of 5/4 cherry boards to make the kitchen cabinets from. I have a 5ft. round glass table top to make a window for the dinning area and a 3x5ft. stained glass window for the sitting room.
