Would like to see pictures of bathroom. Would make a few changes to suit my taste. I would remove build in table, remove microwave and put a apartment size stove in and put a hand rail on the outside of the stairs, move the sink over so it is under the window.
This is a well thought out little house. I love the kitchen benches with their storage and the inward slope at the bottom that makes it easier to sit there. I also love the way it makes a bed. Nice touch. The kitchen is pretty, too, and I love the hanging buckets, and the way the washer is built into the stair. The loft seems very spacious. A very nice tiny house!
I keep wondering why so many people custom build, then sell shortly thereafter? Problems finding parking? Realized downsizing is more difficult than first thought? Frequently you see something posted like here… it’s time for someone else to enjoy their home. It’s rather concerning that the allure is gone so quickly. Especially in this case, where it’s a beautiful home.
What is the size of the loft (L x W x H)? What type of heating & is their any AC? Any Pics of Bathroom? Any videos of the outside & inside of the house? Does it come with any land?
