This is The Drake Tiny House by Land Ark RV out of Buena Vista, Colorado. The tiny house sleeps up to 7 people and offers approximately 357-square-feet of space if you include the lofts. It’s built on a 30-foot tri-axle trailer.
The kitchen has a 10.1-cubic-foot stainless steel refrigerator, 3-burner stainless steel LP gas oven, wall-mounted stainless steel cooktop vent, solid surface countertops, modern kitchen sink, black matte faucet, custom cabinets, and upper open shelving.

The Drake Tiny House on Wheels by Land Ark RV

This tiny home is built on a sturdy, 30-foot, triple-axle trailer.
The black exterior finish gives it a modern look on the outside.
Going inside, there’s approximately 357-square-feet of space.
This tiny house can sleep up to 7 people.
It has all of the features you’d expect in a home.
It looks, feels, and is built just like a cabin.
But it works much like an RV.
The living area features a built-in sofa with custom cushions, 3 large drawers under the sofa with soft-close, 10-foot bar top to work, study, or dine, built-in shelves for your laptop, and almost 18-feet of storage accessible with a ladder.
Your sleeping options in the Drake tiny house include the master loft which fits a king-size mattress, the secondary loft which fits a queen, and you can actually customize this tiny house to include a platform on the main level for a queen bed, bunk beds, or an office studio, it’s up to you.
The bathroom houses a 30-inch by 60-inch bathtub, black matte faucets, hooks, towel bars, toilet paper roll holder, a one-piece toilet, ceiling-mounted vent fan, solid surface vanity with lighted mirror, built-in linen storage, a prep ledge, and custom shades for your bathroom window.

The Drake tiny house is insulated with closed cell spray (the floor, walls, and roof). The walls are R-28, floors are R-30, and the roof is R-33. The exterior siding is corrugated metal siding which is pretty much maintenance-free. There are 14 dual pane windows 12 of which are operable and 2 are fixed. The entry door is 8-feet tall and 3-feet wide and there are 5 stabilizer jacks.
Systems include 50AMP electrical, a tankless propane hot water heater that’s RV-rated, a vented mini-split heating and cooling system, two covered propane tanks, standard RV water and sewer connections (no holding tanks), and a vented 1.5 cu. ft. washer and dryer combination unit.
The Drake Tiny House comes priced at $139,900.
Efficiently built as a high-design house, but sized like an RV to give you ultimate freedom of use. This Land Ark RV model, Drake, is designed to live large with the capacity to sleep up to six with two lofts and a main-level flex room.

Downstairs bedroom, they’ve thought of the many who can’t climb any more. Great design and space for small personal tweeks of the interior design if desired.
They actually designated it a flex room, meaning it can have many uses as a room you can use for whatever you need…
Though, for $139,900 a flexible layout and high quality build should be the least we should expect…
I wouldn’t use the ladders at all but The fact that I could sleep on the ground level is a win.
There is one just like this in a park in Casa Grande, AZ! I see it when I am visiting my friends there. It is even more impressive in person.
I’ve seen three of Land arks units and just like Henry Ford it appears you can have any color you want as long as it’s black with the same bland wood interior. Compared to many of the self builds we see on this page they have little to offer ,as far as personality, especially at these prices. We built about ten years ago and it cost us around $5000 plus $1200 for a 24ft. three axel car float. Much of the build was repurposed. I did cedar and PMF siding. I bought some land so now she sits on cement footings with 60 acker yard. My daughter now has it and I’m building a shed for my home. I have been collecting windows and doors and got a pile of 5/4 cherry boards to make the kitchen cabinets from. I have a 5ft. round glass table top to make a window for the dinning area and a 3x5ft. stained glass window for the sitting room.
