Tumbleweed’s Elm is the gothic tiny house — American Gothic window and porch. The official page still prints a starting price of $111,959 as of August 27, 2026, and three lengths: 26, 30, and 33, from 217 to 390 square feet.
Originally built in 1999 as the pioneering tiny house RV. Sleeps up to six: downstairs bedroom, loft, bathroom, kitchen. Tumbleweed prints “We deliver to all 50 states.”
The Gothic Porch
You come up a short run of wood steps onto a covered porch. Turned posts, a vertical rail, honey cedar lap, a dark metal roof. In the gable over the door is the pointed gothic-arch window that makes this the Elm.
This still is dusk in dry grass: a stone fire pit lit, three Adirondack chairs, a gravel path, snow-capped mountains on the horizon. Windows glow. Tumbleweed puts ELM in the corner of the frame.
The 26 in the mountains is the same porch language in daylight — cedar, dark standing-seam roof and a side dormer, dual-axle trailer, red rock behind the grass. Gothic window over the porch, two vertical windows flanking the door.
The 33 in snow is a wider envelope. Light-blue lap, white trim, the same gothic-arch window over a covered porch, black metal roof. The trailer is skirted. Pines and a snowfield. The Elm page also labels the 33 Alta “New Size: Park Model RV.”

Great Room
Inside, you look toward the porch door. Light wood planks on the walls and the vaulted ceiling. A red retro fridge anchors the kitchen. Butcher-block counter, white cabinets, a high-arc faucet, a two-burner cooktop. Grey sofa on the other wall. The gothic-arch window sits in the gable over the door.
Another great-room still looks the same direction: glass-pane door, two small vertical windows, the gothic window up over the loft edge. Kitchen run on the right — two-burner cooktop, stainless kettle, microwave. Sofa and a leather chair toward the door. Recessed lights in the wood ceiling.
Turn around and the house runs aft. Kitchen with the two-burner cooktop and sink on one side, a sage sofa on the other. Storage-drawer stairs climb to the loft. One doorway opens on the downstairs bedroom; another on the bath — toilet and a white shower curtain from this angle.
Downstairs Bedroom
The downstairs bedroom is on the floor. Pine plank walls, a flat white ceiling, a bed dressed in patterned color. A sliding window on one wall, sash windows on the other. This is the downstairs bedroom the Elm page names — not the loft.
The Loft
The loft is the same light wood, low under the gable. Navy bedding, a slat rail along the drop, the gothic-arch window in the peak. The page says the house sleeps up to six. Some of those sleeps are up here.

The Elm page does not print one house. As of August 27, 2026, it still prints five size tables:

Towing cells are printed as Towing 1 Ton on the 26s and 30s, and Towing Professional Only on the 33 Alta. Homepage and models HTML still carry “Certified Green Tiny Home RVs” as of August 27, 2026.
