I really like this one. Seriously thinking of making something similar – though without the loftbed. With more insulation, suited for our climate, and a little wider to accommodate more cupboards in the bedroom and some bookcases.
Have you seen the park model units from this builder? I wonder if you might like them. They’re already wider and have a more spacious bedroom, kitchen, etc. Still built on a trailer, but wider, so you need a permit whenever you move it. Anyway, here are the links to check those out…

At last, a usable dining table, rather than a plank facing the wall, beside a large window. Tables, especially moveable ones, are so much more practical than the ubiquitous plank against the wall which so many builders pass off as a dining table. Difficult to use if feeding visitors or family because all you have to look at is the wall, and too narrow to be of real practical use for working off. This design has had some thought put into it.
