Always liked this model, especially the choice of a downstairs bedroom or living room/office. It is nice to see it ready to be lived in even if only as a holiday let instead of the usual ready for sale version normally seen. Still my favourite, not least because there is no built in seating in the living area (but there is a proper table and chairs) meaning that there is enough space for the occupier to either put in armchairs or leave the space for other uses.
These Escape Tiny Homes seem to me to be better quality than most of other builders. Seems they have their act together. Maybe priced a little higher but the tinys seem like they would be more livable. I am not ready to commit to tiny living but thinking of the future. Hoping to find a good park to live in or couple of acres that would be suitable in northern CA where I live. below 2500 ft elevation so snow would not be a problem. I am also worried about permits to park these on in California, I don’t need any problem in my life and I do not like paying our high taxes on present home.
