Really like this layout. Wonder what this beauty sells for.

Typically, around $70K or higher for this specific version of the Cypress series.

They also sell the plans to it for those wanting to build it themselves on the Tumbleweed website…

The floor plan shown is not the layout of this house. And that is not a mainfloor bedroom! That is a pullout couch in the livingroom! The floor plan does show a twin sized bedroom, however, the featured home does not.

Floor plan is just what Tumbleweed sells as the floor plan for the model series but it’s a customizable design and they’re not making floor plans for every single one they build.

So there are actually many different variations of it, especially as some of these are DIY built by people who just bought the plans and did it themselves…

For example, on the youtube channel Tiny House Giant Journey, the home she started the channel with was made from a Tumbleweed floor plan but as it was a DIY she made a lot of changes and improvisations that make it significantly different…

While on the Fy Nyth youtube channel you’ll find another Tumbleweed home that was built by Tumbleweed but owner still made custom choices that differentiate it from the standard floor plan they sell for that model, as another example…

So this is normal for Tumbleweed homes…

Sewage/ vent pipe is a big no no! Venting raw sewage fumes into house is H/S issue

Doesn’t work like that… Look up AAV plumbing vent and how it works…

So much warmth and beauty in this home, and well designed – I sure like the seating area and how it turns into a bed without taking up the wall space of a murphy bed. Everything is so smartly designed, from the mini split in a central location, an actual staircase to the loft with a railing, plate storage in the kitchen directly above the range so it has a less cluttered look. The wood is finished with a clear coat so one can experience it’s natural beauty and warmth…all the parts of this home go into making it a smart and beautiful complete picture.

That photo was not clear to me. I did see the dishes on a shelf. What I am missing is a range hood to block grease and fumes from creating film on those dishes. Without a hood, I have dirt and grease build-up on my cabinet doors that are directly above my range.

Hi Joyce, if you look at the pictures again, there is a range hood. It is right under the shelf that holds the turquoise coffee mugs.

One of the prettiest houses I’ve seen on here. Would need a windfall to afford to buy it. Wonder if it includes the lot in Fairplay?

Needs a bigger fridge and a stove (2 burners is not a stove) and maybe a nicer couch. Oh and a wood stove. Then it will be perfect 👌. (For me anyways😉)
