This is a modern DIY tiny house that appears to be a DIY build for sale in Magnolia, Texas. The house has a bedroom loft with a huge skylight, perfect for stargazing! Plus, it comes fully-furnished as seen in the pictures, so it would make a great Airbnb or a first home.
The bathroom and kitchen are side-by-side at the back of the home. The only thing the kitchen doesn’t have is an oven, but there’s room for a convection toaster of some kind. In the bathroom, there’s a beautiful, tiled shower stall. It’s for sale for $65K.
