Dragon Tiny Homes in Georgia has released a new line called the “16′ Element,” which is an affordable tiny house without any bells and whistles that comes in at $19,500 as pictured below.

The compact home has a loft bedroom, bathroom with a residential toilet and 36″ shower stall, and a small kitchen area with a sink that you can upgrade with a cooktop and mini-fridge. This is an awesome way to get into a tiny house affordably, even without construction experience.

The plywood is bare at the $19.5K price, but you can pay extra for stain/paint.

This compact home is 16′ long, 8.5′ wide, and 13.5′ tall, offering a practical 135 sq. ft. of ground floor space and a roomy loft. Weighing 7,000 lbs, it balances sturdiness and mobility. The exterior is clad in durable LP Smart Siding, while the interior features an open layout with unfinished plywood, ready for your customization.

The home includes a full-size bathroom and an optional laundry area. Numerous windows provide ample natural light and ventilation. Insulated for efficiency (R19 in floor/ceiling, R13 in walls), the house can be upgraded with a mini-split system. It’s equipped with standard electrical and plumbing setups.

    Great idea! And layout is good for the money. But wonder if maybe for a tad more you could have added the fridge and small microwave, SO it would be ready to go!

    Needs paint. And I agree, induction plate, micro and fridge will finish the package.
