I love this! It’s beautiful and efficient, but what is the little hallway looking space between the shower and the bathroom wall on the door side? A clothes closet? A broom closet?

Since it is so little, I would switch out that big bed for a daybed with drawers for much needed storage underneath IKEA makes one that converts into a bigger bed at need. Oh, and I would switch out the toilet for the kind with the sink on the tank and make that a three piece bath Lots of scope for thinking with this one.
