Modern 22-ft. Tiny House by Live Tiny NC

This post contains affiliate links.

This is a beautiful, brand-new tiny house from LiveTinyNC with a unique layout that keeps the bathroom and kitchen on opposite sides of the house, which some people prefer for sanitary reasons. The kitchen has a beautiful wooden accent wall, oven, induction cooktop, and a drink fridge. Because the kitchen area is elevated, there are pull-out storage drawers underneath.

The main area of the home is the living room, and a glass garage door opens up to allow for an indoor-outdoor feel in the warmer months. The bedroom is up in the loft, which you can access via a neat pipe-and-wood ladder. You can purchase this home for $54,000 in Wake Forest, North Carolina.

Love the drawer storage underneath the kitchen.

There’s a glass-front fridge.

An oven with range hood and separate two-burner cooktop.

How cool are these “waterfall” countertops.

Cool two-burner cooktop.

The ladder takes you to the loft bedroom.

Love those French doors!

The view from the kitchen.

How cool are those pendants in the loft?

I’m a sucker for hexagon tiles! So classy.

The green vanity is pretty neat too.

The pendants reflect such fun patterns on the wall.

What a fun light fixture!

The shed style roof gives extra height in the bedroom.
