So much to love about this one! The rounded shelves add a classy look and I really like the rounded ceiling in the bedroom. TV and fireplace are great. And the way they did the staircase is fabulous!! The one thing I did wonder about is the sink. Is it shallower than others? I love a really deep sink so I don’t look like I washed my clothes with the dishes 😅. I would grab this quick if I were looking for one.

Yes that ceiling was such a nice touch! And hmmm good question about the sink. My mom has a vintage farmhouse sink and it’s super shallow and gets *everything* wet!

I’m tall, so I don’t like very deep sinks, as it’s less comfortable for me to reach way down when washing something by hand. This one looks good for me!

Well, it’s all completely custom. So, if you’re the only one who is going to use it then you could opt to just raise the height of the counter top, etc. Or consider an over counter sink instead of an embedded one.

Alternatively, there are height adjustable sink options and the hardware for one can be adapted to an existing sink model. Similar to height adjustable tables, etc.

This is a real “Home”! I only wish I had some land to put it on, near one of my kids. Perfect in every way…

I’d love to see the floor plan (including measurements)- that would be so helpful! For instance, where does the clothes washer/dryer go? And could a daybed or loveseat fit opposite the TV/Fireplace? This is one of the loveliest plans I’ve seen in over a decade of looking at Tiny House Plans.

I want this one. Only change I would make would be to somehow add space for tall wardrobe space on either side of the bed. Is there a way to make the fireplace smaller (I don’t use a big tv either) so that space could be added to the bedroom?
I really love the cut outs and the colors of the cupboards.

I think it is wonderful! The arch in the kitchen reminds me of my grandma’s bungalow kitchen. My fear with the cut out over the bed is my cat thinking his bowl is not full enough in the middle of the night. I really hate getting woke up that way. After I had surgery once, I slept with a pillow on my stomach to protect the area from late night flying cats with bad aim.
