Sweet and Nice
Very nice. I would prefer that the panes on the bedroom barn door be frosted.
I thought the same. Could even save weight by using parchment or rice-paper (like Japanese houses) instead of glass…
Are plans available for purchase of this tiny house?
I’m looking for a second hand tiny house.
Please let me know where to look
Tiny House Listings… and many popular real estate sites like estately will list available properties, along with other properties…
VERY well laid out. Beautiful design. Kudos to the builders!
I like it. Are there provisions to install washing machine and dryer?
Yes, you can see the under counter spot with the hookups near the window in the bathroom, which should fit a combo washer/dryer…
Though, these are custom built so if you have them make you one you could have them change that to fit a stackable or place it somewhere else in the house… or even completely change the layout of the house…
NIX the ladders….we have a dog….
LOVE the coloring and natural wood details
I would rather have a Japanese style tinier bath and a Closet for clothing not a cubby hole.
I have been looking at THOW’s for the past 3+ years making plans for my retirement home and this model is the first I’ve seen with a unique for plan as this! I love, Love, LOVE it! Very nice job, well done. One question though, what is it in the space next to the refrigerator?
The area to the right of the fridge is the walled off part of the bathroom, that’s the shower stall… Behind the fridge is a little closet, and against the lower wall next to the fridge on the right is a radiant electric heater…
ANOTHER ONE…Hits my buttons for Tiny Homes with the bedroom location and style. The lofts would not be needed and my standard changes applied i.e.: Conduction cook top, Micro/Convection over with venting hood, Drawer Base Cabinets. We would have to play with the floor plan to get the bath closer to bedroom but very doable. Maybe take it to 32′ and slip a powder room where the fire place is and a closet opposite? Gives an extra foot for the couch area. That would allow loft over Bath area to be enlarged for guests. Pretty simple changes for us. Not my usual hack job. I am liking Tiny more and more with every passing day.
So fresh and inviting!
Love that head board!
Wondering how much is the cost?
I am a big fan of tiny houses, but I am having a very efficient 1000 sq ft house with a loft so 1400 sq ft total, built right now with labor and quality materials for $65,000. How is it more affordable to live in a tiny house with prices like this. How can you justify this? Thanks
