This is The Mio Tiny House on Wheels by Covo Tiny House, a builder out of Portland, Oregon. This is a smart tiny house with an adjustable work desk. So it’s perfect for the live/work minimalist!
It has approximately 330-square-feet of space inside when you include the two loft spaces. It even has a nice kitchen with a washer/dryer unit neatly installed into the cabinets. What do you think?

The design has a lot of great ideas. As in general, I don’t like lofts at all, they increase overall height of the THOW but offer a cramped sleeping area which isn’t for the FL climate because its hot up there. A downstairs bedroom ore the ready made lift up to ceiling bed to keep overall length down would be my preferred option. To integrate Smart Home technology into a THOW seems to me a great idea. However, as to my knowledge it isn’t designed to be in the move and for me a THOW is a home which could be moved more often.
A storage area accessible from outside is great but why in the back and not above the air condition in the front?
Back allows the storage area to be closer to the ground and there’s less design restrictions. So it’s easier to access and no worries about making the home too top or front heavy, obstruct the tow vehicle, etc.

Thanks for the tip, Fernando, I’m looking into them now.
Yeah, they’ve been active for about a year now. NOAH certified and prices pretty low for a CA builder… They have a youtube page under their company name and they’re located in Pacifica, CA…
They’re actually in Corcoran. They have a model called the Victorian tiny home that my wife and I are totally planning to get in about a year with a couple minor modifications.
Prices stoart around 36,900(prefurnished)
