Step back in time! The Rock ‘n’ Roll house at Tiny Digs celebrates the fifties and sixties with a turquoise exterior, white awning, retro chairs, and a record player with a stack of LPs and 45s.

At 230 square feet, it’s one of the roomier houses on the lot, with a romantic fireplace downstairs and a queen loft with a skylight for stargazing.

A Retro Living Room with a Fireplace

The living room is sunny yellow with a green floor, mid-century bentwood chairs, a black rotary phone, and a linear fireplace. Pick a record and dance the night away.

A Kitchenette with a Retro Fridge

The kitchen has a white retro-style fridge, a drop-leaf table, and atomic starburst decor. A door off the kitchen opens to the themed bathroom, which is a surprise we won’t spoil (though our earlier video tour below gives it away).

A Skylit Queen Loft

Hand-crafted maple stairs lead up to the queen loft under knotty pine, where a skylight lets you look at the stars.

Looking Back: The Rock ‘n’ Roll When We First Featured It

We first shared the Rock ‘n’ Roll here on Tiny House Talk in 2021, back when Tiny Digs was brand new. Here are the photos from that original post, so you can see how the house has been cared for and refreshed over the years.

  1. This is the Most adorable Tiny House, love the Rock & Roll, Elvis theme. That phone that looks like a car, is perfect, and the Shower curtain, is so cool. Even the Retro look mini fridge and that dial up phone is so perfect. The furniture is just right for the era. Also, the yellow table with the drop down sides is just perfect for the yellow 50’s Look. Great job on the house and love the slanted window in the loft, like a window and skylight combined.
