I like the layout and colors. Though I would put on doors on the wardrobe and cabinets at the kitchen. Else it will look cluttered very quickly because of being such a small space.
I agree with cabnet and closet doors. Also great layout
Wow! Washer/Dryer hook ups. I don’t see that very often.
It’s nicely laid out and obviously very professionally done, but its the colour palette…..I wanna like, I really want to….but do I?….hmmm…..
I like the kitchen with the open baskets. Like the downstairs bedroom although I would have staged the bed with a more attractive spread. Colors lacking in the staging. I don’t think this size of tiny house should have such a small bathroom. To me that would get really old quick. But mostly this is a good one!
I can tell a lot of careful planning went in to this home. With above head height shelves for books, or shallow storage boxes, or even a low light plant or two. I own 1,000 books and I planned to have high shelves around every wall. And I’m a total supporter of real furniture to sit on. Again I say, a bench and foam cushions do not a living room make. All in all, great job!
Once again, NO living room. NO.
I love the lay out of this. The best I seen so far.
except for the tiny shower this is one of the nicest layouts I’ve seen…..the best part?…….the tiny hanging closet space tucked in 3 different areas and the built in chest of drawers in the main upper bedrooms, Excellent plan people!!! KUDO’s for closet spaces……there are only so many things that can go into cubbies and baskets.
Beautiful…..but WHY are almost no tiny house builders A) Making reasonably angled stairs to the loft, and B) Making sleeping areas On. The. Same. Level ??!! Nobody thinks us Boomers, etc are worthy, able, or have enough money? Builders are missing out on a pretty big demographic, I tell ya! 👀
Hi Athena! You should check out ESCAPE. I just posted their Traveler XLS model that has a wonderful first floor bedroom.
