This is a 36ft tiny house w/ a rooftop deck that’s off to Hawaii. It’s built by Living Tiny, LLC, a tiny home builder out of Oklahoma. It features a main-floor bedroom with a ceiling-lift bed to save space and be able to use the space for more than just sleeping. That’s pretty cool!
We just build a 36’ x 8.5’ Tiny house with a rooftop deck for one of our clients in Hawaii!

Very nice tiny house! The room arrangement is very tidy though I don’t personally care for passthrough baths.
Beautiful home. But I kinda miss the lofts.
That kitchen is to die for 😍. Now put in a loft instead of a ground floor bedroom and a shower instead of a bathtub and it is absolutely fabulous in my book.
I love lofts too but with my health issues and advancing age they aren’t as accessible as I’d like. 😟
On another note, I love the shade of blue and the crisp white used for the exterior.
This is the most practical of all the tiny houses I have ever seen on your web site. Any age person would be right at home in all areas not having to worry about going up and down unsafe ladders or stairs into loft spaces. The colors of everything is very attractive. I give you an A+ for safety built into your design and for lack of clutter that appears in most tiny homes that would be a nightmare to pack up and store while mobile.
Your headline “36ft Tiny House w/ Rooftop Deck by Living Tiny Oklahoma” is misleading. Why? There is no Rooftop Deck and no way to even access said Deck in any of the photos you posted. Plus, the first line says this “36ft Tiny House w/ Rooftop Deck by Living Tiny Oklahoma” is in Hawaii not Oklahoma.
It looks like there deck is at the back, and there’s a pipe ladder clearly visible in the 19th and 20th photos.
I love the interior layout. It’s not the claustrophobia-inducing standard. The colors are relaxing, and that lift bed is an inspired solution.
I love this tiny home! I don’t need a rooftop deck or a second bed. Also, I would prefer a stove/oven combo and then put an over/under washer dryer where the wall oven is currently located.
The most beautiful tiny house I’ve ever seen
Well if you can’t say anything nice, I guess it’s better to say nothing at all. So, nothing at all.
