Tyme and Andy are a young couple who have taken an excellent alternative path to “home” ownership. Instead of settling down in Upstate New York, where they’re from, they built a fantastic bus conversion and chased the sun in their school bus conversion.
Tyme loves interior design and was excited to design the bus—and the results are impressive! Especially since they only spent about $30,000 on converting it. You’ll love the large bathroom in the back of the home. Enjoy the tour below.

- Tyme and Andy added a 19-inch roof raise to their 35-foot-long skoolie, making the space incredibly roomy.
- Married at 19 and 21, this young couple didn’t want to/couldn’t afford to settle down in upstate New York, so a school bus conversion gave them a home and an opportunity to travel.
