My 10×20 conversion is also this same stain color. Color: Bluebird. Very nice home.

This tiny house has so much potential! Many of the materials already inside could be revamped into a very cozy shabby sheik home for little money. Some paint to brighten the place, and you’re on your way. That bathroom is wonderful as is. I don’t feel the blue on the exterior goes with the brick, but one could paint the blue or paint the brick. If it is already on skids, then any local shed moving company could haul it for a couple hundred depending on how far you’re going. It’s a very good buy for a very nice home!

I love how this home is rustic and not frilly or too girly. The shelf brackets, being metal, and breaker box look perfectly fine. They serve their purpose and that’s the most important. They don’t make this home look unfinished. The rain on a metal roof would be comforting. Lots of counter space. Couldn’t do the steps. I would kill myself. One thing I would change (in addition to the steps) would be to skip Tue porch and use that space for the inside. Very nice home!!
