That washer dryer is an eyesore. I do not get, why they have not chosen a combined washer and dryer front loader, which takes up half the space. There would be plenty of space, for shelves, above it.

There are always trade offs and function is often more important than size and appearance. Combo machines have limited capacity, long washing and dry cycles, may not dry as thoroughly, and may not fit the needs of everyone… and all choices effect cost…

Yea we had a combo unit at one point and it didn’t dry well at all. I would probably sacrifice space to get a good dry.

You’d have to contact the seller for additional photos but the builder, Cornerstone Tiny Homes, often posts tour videos before they deliver the homes to their clients… The one for this one is titled, “A Luxurious Walden with Reversed Loft”, and was posted July 17, 2017 on their youtube channel, which is under their company name, and should give you a better idea of the layout.

A loft that you can stand in is a total bonus for me. The bathroom looks a bit tight but that may be just the pictures. I love the wood color. Lovely.

Don’t forget in the middle of a groggy night, the steps turn left 3 steps down.
