There aren’t many tiny houses that I like everything about them. Here’s one I love right down to the Turquoise cabinets! Nicely done!

Thanks so much, JJZack! 😊 The turquoise cabinets really make this build pop, don’t they? Indigo River did an amazing job pulling the whole design together. So glad you enjoyed this one as much as we did!

I love this one and the color is perfect. I would only remove a few things. I wouldn’t be able to use the tub. I am very used to not having a dishwasher and would prefer a double sink. I don’t have kids so I think the one room as a guest room and the other as an art studio. Other than a few small personal changes, I think it is wonderful.

I love your home’s. There are 3 things I don’t like about this one, but I feel is a doable fix is, would want a gas/propane cook stove, don’t need a dishwasher, and would want cabinets instead of the open shelving which is not practical. Would rather have floor heating instead of the mini splits. Since heat rises, I’d rather the floor area be heated instead of the ceiling. Where I live, mini splits would be useless. I’ve never used the a/c on my unit now.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Pam! Tiny homes are definitely not one-size-fits-all, and it’s great to hear what features matter most to you. A gas stove, more enclosed cabinets, and radiant floor heating all make perfect sense depending on climate and cooking style. Love your perspective!

Mini-splits aren’t limited to wall units but also have floor and ceiling unit options. While the interior unit can also be ducted. So can channel the heated air to anywhere you place vents.

Radiant heating options can also be configured, along with multiple interior zones per outdoor unit, but that’s more costly and usually only makes sense in larger homes. Though, for just heated floors there are heat pump dedicated systems for only heating… Mind, a mini-split is just one kind of heat pump systems available.

Great insights as always, James! 🙌 You always bring such helpful technical knowledge to the discussion. It’s amazing how many configuration options exist now for mini-splits and heat pump systems — tiny home setups really have come a long way. Thanks for adding so much value here!

Beautiful home. My only changes would be regular cabinets, and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower rather than a second kitchen. Probably no dishwasher to allow for more cabinet space.

I’ve looked at this several times, and fall more in love with it every time! So beautiful, so colorful, so practical, so livable!
