The tiny house features sage-green cabinets, gold pulls, a butcher-block counter, a white farmhouse sink, and a tall gooseneck faucet sit under a wood-framed window. Trees fill the glass.

It features wood-plank walls and a matching vaulted ceiling — one story, no loft. Sage cabinets with open shelves of plants and pottery, a white retro fridge, and a wall-mounted table with two stools under the windows. A tan sofa, a white-shade floor lamp, and an arched floor mirror sit at the living end. The run continues past the fridge toward the back of the house.

The kitchen is the 8.5-foot width of the cottage. Cabinets and the fridge take one side. The sink window and the wall table take the other. It stays one room with the living sofa — no loft stairs eating the middle.

The cottage sits on family land in Winston-Salem, next to the family wedding venue, The Little Chapel. The listing names the 40-by-8-foot wraparound deck as the outdoor room.
