Get Cozy in the 32 ft. Caboose: A Tiny House with a Main Floor Master Bedroom

Did you like the Flagship from Spring Mountain Tiny Homes? Well, here’s the latest tiny home they’re wrapping up, which is for sale. It’s their “Caboose” model, and its claim to fame is a private first-floor bedroom with built-in side tables and a dazzling tongue and groove accent wall.

In addition to the bedroom downstairs, there is also a carpeted loft bedroom accessible via a set of storage stairs. A galley kitchen houses a large stainless steel sink, an oven, and beautiful shaker-style cabinets. The 3/4 bathroom in the middle of the tiny house has a standard-size shower stall and a residential toilet. You can purchase the home for $101,684 in Layton, Utah.

How cool is this countertop?

The stairs are in the process of completion.

That oven and range look awesome!

I love the electric fireplace in the living room.

Here’s what you see from the inside of the bedroom.

Looking down from the loft bedroom.

A ceiling fan is always great for airflow!

Here’s a closeup of the fireplace.

The bedroom has a stunning chevron wall and built-in side tables.

The loft is carpeted, which makes it extra cozy.

The bathroom has a residential toilet.

The shower is good-sized.

I like the little back covering for the air-conditioning units.

You can see why it’s called the “Caboose.”

What a fabulous THOW!!! It’s all great though I would change two things for my own personal preferences and only if I build one for myself…basically, this one is perfectly fine but maybe just a tweak or two would make it perfect for me. As I have said in other comments, I’m not a fan of fireplaces so I would eliminate that to make room for a fabulous piece of furniture, maybe an antique sideboard for added storage and a place to put a really bit TV. I would also make sure that there was a hand-held shower head that had various modes for a regular shower, a massage mode for sore muscles and a jet mode for quick and thorough rinsing. That’s it with my initial “walk through.” Kudos for the designers of this Tiny! Did I mention I love the exterior? Yeah. Cabooses are fabulous!

Oops. I should have proofread before posting. It should read big TV, not bit TV. 😉
