The Bayview 300 from Great Outdoor Cottages is a park model with a party on the roof. A white spiral staircase climbs from the covered front porch to a rooftop deck wrapped in glass walls, complete with a bar and seating, so you get a second outdoor living room with a view. Inside, just under 400 square feet holds a one-bedroom, one-bath layout with a fireplace, a kitchen island with a wine fridge, and a king bed. This new, fully furnished unit is for sale at Garland’s Luxury Tiny Homes in Springville, Tennessee.
A Rooftop Deck with Glass Walls
The rooftop deck is the reason to fall for this house. Glass railings keep the view open while making it feel safe and enclosed, and there’s room for a bar-height table, chairs, and lounge seating. It’s the kind of space that turns a small home into a great place to host friends or watch the sunset.
A Living Room with a Fireplace
Inside, a tray ceiling with a black-trimmed ceiling fan tops the living room, and a white shiplap wall holds a fireplace and a TV. A sofa bed adds a spot for overnight guests, and the home comes fully furnished.
The living room flows straight into the kitchen, with clerestory windows above bringing in extra light.
A Kitchen Island with a Wine Fridge
The kitchen has white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, a black tile backsplash, and stainless appliances, including a gas range and a microwave. A white island with seating sits between the kitchen and living room and hides a built-in wine fridge.
A Bedroom Built for a King Bed
The bedroom fits a king bed, flanked by built-in nightstands with upper cabinets above. Across the room, a large dresser, a wall-mounted TV, and two closets provide lots of storage, and clerestory windows let in light while keeping things private.
A Full Bathroom
The bathroom has a vanity with storage, floating shelves, and a walk-in shower with gray tile and a black rainfall showerhead. There are laundry hookups too, and a propane tankless water heater provides hot water on demand.
