This new 2026 Woodland Park Timber Ridge TR-265L park model is in the New Park Models inventory at Fame RV in Saegertown, Pennsylvania. The dealer calls this one the “TR-265L Glacier.” It has a black-and-white interior, a front living room with patio doors, an L-shaped kitchen, a private bedroom at the back, and a loft overhead. It was still listed for sale when we checked on October 24, 2026.
A Front Living Area with Patio Doors
The living area sits at the front of the home under a tall ceiling with clerestory windows. Glass patio doors open to the side, which makes the room feel bigger and gives you an easy way to connect a deck or porch. The listing names an entertainment center as one of the model’s highlights.

An L-Shaped Kitchen with a Bar
The L-shaped kitchen has a four-burner gas deluxe range, a microwave, an 18 cu. ft. refrigerator, and a deep stainless steel sink with a pull-down faucet. The cabinet doors are hardwood in a Chamfer Shaker style and custom painted. There’s also a corner pantry, and a peninsula bar with three stools serves as the dining spot.
Hallway, Full Bath, and Rear Bedroom
A hallway with a closet leads past the full bathroom, which has a residential toilet, to the private bedroom at the rear.
The bedroom has overhead cabinets above the bed and a wall of wardrobes and closets on the other side, which is more storage than many park models offer.
The Loft
The loft is carpeted and has its own window. Use it for extra beds or storage, keeping in mind that park model lofts are usually reached by ladder or narrow stairs and have low headroom.
How the Timber Ridge Is Built
According to the listing, every Timber Ridge park model by Woodland Park is built on a 10″ steel I-beam frame with 2×4 sidewall framing, 2×6 fascia, vinyl Low-E thermopane windows, insulated ductwork with perimeter registers, and a poly mesh underbelly. Faux wood blinds and a patio door drape are included.
What It Costs
On October 24, 2026, Fame RV listed this unit (stock #T2046648) with a sale price of $95,269. Fame RV says its listed prices exclude sales tax, registration and tags, and delivery fees, and that its inventory changes quickly, so call to confirm the current price before you plan around it.
