The 2027 Fawn Unlimited from Deer Valley Homebuilders is a tiny home built like a regular house. It’s HUD-certified, meaning it’s built to the federal manufactured home code rather than as an RV, so it’s designed to be placed on a lot and lived in full-time. In 540 square feet, it fits a vaulted open living area, a full-size kitchen with a dishwasher, a laundry room, a bedroom, and a bath, with a covered front porch. This new display model is for sale at Garland’s Luxury Tiny Homes in Springville, Tennessee.
A Charcoal Cottage with a Covered Porch
Outside, dark charcoal siding is paired with warm wood porch columns and shutters, giving it a modern cottage look. At 15 feet wide, it’s much roomier than a typical tiny house on wheels, and the covered front porch adds an outdoor living spot.
A Vaulted Kitchen and Living Room
The kitchen, dining area, and living room share one open space under a nearly 18-foot run of vaulted ceiling with dark beams. The kitchen has light oak cabinets, stainless appliances, and a full-size dishwasher, and the living area has room for a real sofa.
A Bedroom with Plenty of Storage
The bedroom sits at the back of the house, away from the living area. It has room for a bed and nightstands, a ceiling fan, a mini-split, and several closets.
Laundry and Bath
Between the kitchen and the bedroom, a utility room holds a washer and dryer and the water heater, so laundry is part of everyday life here.
The bathroom has a glass shower with built-in seats, a toilet, and a light-wood vanity.
The floor plan shows how it all fits: the porch and open living area at the front, the kitchen in the middle, then the utility room and bath, with the bedroom at the back.
Built Like a House
Because it’s built to HUD code, the Fawn Unlimited goes together more like a site-built home than an RV. Deer Valley’s standard construction includes 2×6 exterior walls, 8-foot sidewalls, finished sheetrock walls, crown molding, and Low-E argon-filled windows. That HUD certification can also open the door to traditional manufactured home financing and placement in more communities. It’s all-electric and needs 200-amp service, and two mini-splits handle heating and cooling.
