- Tiered Pricing Addresses Different Markets: Offering Base, Lite, and Pro models at $35K, $60K, and $90K allows buyers to choose features based on budget and intended use
- Permit-Free Classifications Exist for Small Structures: Many jurisdictions allow small manufactured units without building permits, though buyers should verify local regulations before purchasing
- Battery Backup Provides Grid Independence: Including battery storage means the unit remains functional during power outages, important for both livability and rental reliability
- HEPA Filtration Adds Health Marketing Value: Advanced air filtration became a selling point post-pandemic, differentiating this unit from basic prefab structures in the same price range

Nope not for me. I don’t want to live in a fish bowl.
they make things called CURTAINS.
I see they have it in Orlando, just wondering, are the windows impact glass ? just seems like a lot of glass for Florida…..
Hi Mary! That’s a great question, especially considering Florida’s unique weather conditions. I’m not entirely sure about the specific glass type used, but their website might have the info you need: https://microhaus.me/. Feel free to explore and let us know what you find!
Is this built for just one person, or can two sleep there?
Hi Susan! Great question! The Microhaus is cozy, with one bedroom and bathroom, mainly perfect for one, but with a bit of creativity, two could definitely make it work. The company also makes larger models that you can look into, like the mOne and mTwo.
We did a post on their mOne a few years back that you can see here: https://tinyhousetalk.com/3d-printed-smart-tiny-house-by-haus-me/
Besides that, you can check out their mTwo model and learn more about everything they offer at https://haus.me/
Some people like glass boxes. Not me. I prefer a little different shape, color, and not so high tech. Different window tints and shades or curtains can hide what you do not want others to see. I am more private and want less glass in my walls. The higher tech you get, the more costs to repair.
