This looks very well done + sq ft ?, length? Age? Has it been in one location or highly traveled?

Marketplace Listing says it’s 325 sq ft and was built this year… You can contact the seller for more information…

Adorable! Well thought out…very livable. Nice kitchen though I would like a larger oven. As a suggestion to those who would build their own or even to sell, the built in bench style couches are just not very comfy looking and not conducive to settling down into to read a good book or watch a good movie. Please, design the interior so that the seating can be better. Deeper so you can curl up…or even have someone sleep on it…and nice thick cushions instead of the kind you would put on patio furniture. 3″ of foam just isn’t enough to give someone’s bottom some luxury! 😉 Overall, this one is nicely done, indeed.

This how to setup an interior. If my wife and I go small why not fully enjoy the cool things in life!

I love the judicious use of natural woods sprinkled throughout the house. This is how to do it so that things still appear rather light & airy rather than dark, drab and dungeon-like like too many others that use wood everywhere.

One note however is that depending upon the rating of the kitchen exhaust fan this one appears much too small and mounted far too high to be even minimally effective.

Yes they really did a stellar job with the wood finishes.
