This upscale tiny house on wheels is a perfect DIY completion.
We have left these things open for your preference either making the tiny house completely off the grid or connecting it to your electrical, plumbing or septic system.
Heat source will need to be installed – either propane or electric should work easily enough.
You can either use a composting toilet or there is plumbing for connecting to a septic system if you want. The sink is not connected to a water source There is plumbing for the shower but it is not connected to water source
The electrical panel and outlets have been inspected.
It has an air conditioner in the wall.
Included gas stove, refrigerator, sink, toilet. We also have lights we’ve purchased that no installed but can be included at no cost.
